Your Golden Retriever puppy travels safely in a climate-controlled pet travel area or with a trusted flight nanny, depending on the delivery option arranged. Puppies travel in airline-approved carriers designed for safe and comfortable transportation.

Before delivery, you will receive the flight number, arrival time, and a reference or airbill number that identifies your puppy. We make the travel arrangements for you, and you pick up your puppy at the airport using the provided reference number and a valid ID.

Shipping is handled with the puppy’s comfort and safety in mind. Puppies on planes are carefully transported, and we always aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We have experience arranging puppy deliveries and always try to schedule direct, nonstop flights whenever possible. Many new owners tell us their puppies arrive happy, comfortable, and ready to settle into their new homes.

Why We Use Air Delivery

We use airline delivery because it is one of the fastest and safest ways to transport puppies, especially for families who live far away or in another state. Your puppy will travel in an airline-approved pet carrier selected according to the puppy’s size, weight, and travel distance.

Flight Nanny Delivery

We can also arrange flight nanny delivery, where your new puppy travels with a responsible nanny and is delivered directly into your arms. This is a very safe, reliable, and low-stress option because the puppy receives personal attention during the trip.

The flight nanny remains responsible for the puppy throughout the delivery process and helps ensure the puppy is comfortable until arrival.

Shipping Crates and Travel Preparation

For crate-based airline delivery, puppies travel in airline-approved plastic pet kennels. The crates are clearly marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers, and include destination details, confirmation number, and customer contact information.

Before shipping, puppies are gently introduced to their carrier so they become familiar with it. Food and water are provided as needed for the journey, and we work to keep travel time as short as possible.

Weather and Safety Conditions

We check weather conditions before arranging delivery and only ship when we believe it is safe for the puppy. We do not ship when weather conditions may be hazardous to the puppy’s wellbeing.

Puppy health and safety always come first. Deliveries are usually arranged Monday through Saturday, depending on availability, destination, and safe travel conditions.

Health Certificate

A health certificate is required for pets traveling by air. This certificate helps confirm that the puppy is healthy for travel and meets airline requirements. It is mandatory for air delivery.

Airport Pickup

Please be available at the airport or delivery location at the scheduled time. Puppies are usually available for pickup around one hour after the flight arrival time. A valid ID, such as a driver’s license, may be required for pickup.

After Your Puppy Arrives

Your puppy may need a short time to adjust after arriving at the new home. Some puppies settle in immediately, while others may take a day or two to feel fully comfortable.

Please contact us once your puppy arrives safely. We also recommend taking your puppy to your veterinarian for an arrival health check within 48 hours.

Follow-Up Support

A follow-up check may be made after your puppy arrives to make sure everything is going well, answer any questions, and ensure you are satisfied with the delivery experience.
